CrossFit:

The main program of our gym. The training aims the development of all physical skills through functional exercises, performed at high intensity relevant to each trainee.

Foundations:

Introductory section where we learn basic movements and exercises. The lesson takes place in groups of 1-5 people by appointment and lasts 45 minutes.

Open Gym:

Trainees can come to work out on their own, respecting the classes that may running at the time, the equipment amd the general operation of the gym.

Functional Bodybuilding:

Functional Bodybuilding is a type of training that uses quality movement to develop motor control, strength, and hypertrophy. We use traditional bodybuilding principles, such as tempo, and periodization, along with functional movements to prepare athletes for their everyday function.
