The lesson takes place in groups of 1-5 people by appointment and lasts 45 minutes.<\/p><p><b><u>Open Gym:<\/u><\/b><\/p><p>Trainees can come to work out on their own, respecting the classes that may running at the time, the equipment amd the general operation of the gym.<\/p><p><b><u>Functional Bodybuilding:<\/u><\/b><\/p><p>Functional Bodybuilding is a type of training that uses quality movement to develop motor control, strength, and hypertrophy.
